The Filter Press Machine is primarily used in solid-liquid separation processes. Under the pressure of a feeding pump and cylinder, the mixed liquid flows through the filter medium (filter cloth). The solid particles accumulate to form a filter cake.
Step-by-Step Process:
Before installing the filter press, ensure the following are prepared: Pipe systems, feeding pumps, foundation building, mixing tanks, and electric wiring. Detailed technical drawings and guidance are provided by our technical department.
